First of all ^ this is hilarious. I love Left Handed Toons.
Secondly, today was a good day.
I thought it would suck because I had 7 hours of classes, but it didn’t! :D
I started my ASL 102 class today and I realized how much I have missed signing and deaf culture. Deaf people are some of the funniest and most entertaining people you will ever meet. Well, if you know what they’re saying that is. :)
I got back a paper in my honors writing class and I got a 92%, which made me super happy. AND my teacher wants to use it as an example of good analysis. I am very proud of myself.
I got my grade on a project I spent 27 hours on in a 2D design class, and it was an A. I was so relieved that I didn’t spend all that time on it for nothing. :)
[it’s made from 2x2 and 4x4 squares and hole punch dots. all done by hand.]
And I got to Skype with my mommy. :) I miss my family, but I’m happy here. So it makes it all bearable. and my sister is getting married! I’m so so so excited for her. :) Chris is an awesome guy and I am excited for him to be part of my family, even if it means being called Scooter for the rest of my life. :P
Now I have some papers that I need to get a head start on so I’m not totally stressing out in a few weeks when they’re all due [I’ll still be freaking out, but…it won’t be as bad as it could be. hahaha]
OH! I started reading The Help by Kathryn Stockett. It is SO good. I <3 it. A lot. Want to see the movie so bad too. Maybe when I get some free time….haha :P

So I think I might start blogging more regularly so I can remember what goes on in my busy life better. Since I’m kind of bad a journaling and everything right now. (I’m working on that one…)

So far, I really really love college. And I’m not even partying or going out every night. Some people call me crazy, I call myself responsible. …for the most part. :P
I’m in the pre-photo program right now, applying for the photography program in November (which is less than ONE MONTH AWAY! starting to freak out a little bit.) i’ll probably be posting lots of pictures i’m considering for my portfolio.
I live with some pretty awesome people. Angela, McLane, and Susan. You’ll probably get to hear about them a lot from now on. and see lots of pretty pictures of them. or crazy pictures….probably a nice mixture of both. haha :)
Other than photography, little kids are my favorite thing ever. They make me so happy and i really miss being around them all the time. I nannied over the summer and it was the best job i’ve ever had. :)
